Where I ship from
All items are shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine via Ukrposhta international standard shipping.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes up to 3 weeks, depending on your country and customs processing. I ship within 2 business days of receiving payment.
Shipping cost
Calculated based on item size, weight, and destination. Most orders cost up to $40 USD. The exact shipping cost is listed on each item page.
Packaging
Every item is packed in a sturdy cardboard box with multiple layers of bubble wrap. Collectibles arrive in the same condition they left — this has been confirmed across hundreds of international shipments.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to your email once the parcel is dispatched. For eBay purchases, tracking is updated directly in your eBay order.
Customs & import fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. Please check your local regulations before purchasing.
Lost parcels
In 10 years of shipping, not a single parcel has been lost. That said — in the unlikely event a parcel goes missing, I will issue a full refund once the loss is officially confirmed by both Ukrposhta and the postal service of the destination country. This process typically takes up to 2 months per international postal regulations.
Shipping restrictions
I follow all postal service regulations and do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
